you mention 2 beads but the images appear to show the same one.
if you search this site for "Etched" or "Tircul" or "Pyu" you may find lots of discussions about similar types, which are popular with collectors, and we have specialists here who can share good information-

This seems new to me because there seems to be no patina and the white decoration appears to be shallow.

Better macro photography would help -especially highlighting any possible wear.

And a view of the aperture is necessary also.
