Well, english is not my mother language so that's why my answers are always a lttle bit short.
I have seen many of those Chinese head pendants in the past, maybe 10-15 years ago. In that time they were seen in necklaces in combination with beads that are typical modern Chinese. They had all the same artificial patine. I never bought them because I found the masks too ugly. I do regret now, I should like to have a reference on such a mask in my collection now. A picture of the same kind of beads with the artificial patine are included here.
