they cant be very old because the colours (red, yellow, green) are so strong...
i also think they are Indonesian-
but i do like the face with the green nose!

The face bead looks like a replica of a Venetian bead commonly called "baule" face bead. The front left may be a copy of an old Indonesian bead referred to as Jatim. Back beads could be trying to copy Venetian fancies?
