6.1 quake centered about 20 mi away in Napa area woke us up about 3:20. No damage here, but the house was shakin’ real good!
The biggest since the Loma Prieta in ’89 - there's really no comparison to that one, thank goodness...

We are about 60 miles farther away than Joyce from the epicenter, and it still was a good shaker. Lasted around five seconds. No obvious problems but we've had the seam around the chimney spring a leak after this level of motion, so we'll be watching for that when the rains start.
