Hi everybody. I wanted to introduce myself so now is as good time as any. My name is Dan and I am new here. I used to own and operate a retail store on the Oregon coast (Seaside) called Riverhouse Antiques where my wife and myself dealt in all kinds of old beads for a good 10 years back in the 1980's. Some here might have been in my shop and remember it. I acquired a nice collection of rare beads for myself during that time.

Anyway, my love of old rare beads has been reignited recently and I'm currently putting together a nice necklace of Pumtek and PYU Ghost beads for myself and I have a question as to whether a few beads I am considering using on my necklace are authentic old Pumteks, or newer ones. If anyone knows please let me know what you think. See attached pictures. Thanks!

without looking carefully at the wear on the body and perforation, its hard to tell.

but my guess is, most of these are of Vintage category. ( the one on the far left with diamond eyes looks older. )
