I went on a buying kick, purchasing several strands of the long (20mm or thereabouts) Venetian red whiteheart tube beads. I bought 2 strands from a vendor online that were different than the others. They were strung on raffia, but were longer (about 30mm), thicker, solid color throughout, smooth rounded (rather than cut-looking) ends. I THINK she said they were Venetian.

They're simple and pretty, but I've never seen anything like them. I'm guessing they're Czech, but wondered if anyone knew more about them?
