yes those ones are not particularly rare, i call the type "rosary beads" as often found in that context- the material may be Buri nut as its not as pale as Tagua or Kukui nut. i believe Buri nut is or was a bead material in Indonesia and Phillippines, and sometimes stained on the surface prior to decorative carving in other colours too... would welcome more specific knowledge or examples in context.
