Yes on the Picasso coating and Etch-all, I figured the Picasso coating was something that would bond to glass, hence the torch idea. Anything else might be removed with using Etch-all, which I use all the time. Good to know the process may be more complex than I could manage, so I'll focus on finding a source. Although....look what I found at a flea market this morning!

I would LOVE it if you had a chance, to find out more about these, especially the striped pony beads and seed beads. I wasn't that fond of the original Picasso beads, but the matte coatings over the striped beads is lovely.
