While holding and touching two thousand grams of antique Tibetan turquoise, I have been trying to teach myself how to grade them. Thomas Stricker has also provided valuable guidance. The necklace/display pictured in this thread is almost exactly one thousand grams. It will soon be taken apart so that each buyer may select one bead at a time.
