She was an amazing woman. I met her several times and she collected a rather large selection of my beads. She was gracious and kind, very kind. I saw her in Santa Fe at a Recursos show wearing two strands of those awesome dzi beads Which would have made about 3 of that one shown in the catalog. In 95 at the Sheraton in DC she sported a strand of high carat gold pre columbian effigies. She really had an eye for the best. I am glad I got to know her a little.
