Another great find: a full 1920's Czech necklace. I have not seen any with a tassel like this, but I think it is original. It could have been restrung, as the red thread used for knotting it does look in very good shape, but I think the bottom part is old.

Theses necklaces were generally made in the same period as the Egyptian Revival period, which included a whole range of beads and jewelry inspired by 'far away lands and far away times'.

Anybody who has seen this style before, please let me know.
