I’ve never posted on this forum before, but as a London-based bead collector and regular Portobello visitor, I loved this thread. Even though Portobello Road isn’t what it once was, it still has a particular atmosphere that draws you back, and there’s often something new to see. I always leave by 11:30 on a Saturday, or make sure I’m at the Golborne road end, where it thins out a lot. Copyright 2024
