Koos van Brakel and I have been emailing back and forth.
They do not want the images published online in high resolution. He would love to see a reprint, as he gets requests regularly. The cost of this is quite high, though. I have suggested only republishing the DVD, and he may look into that. I have asked if it is okay for me to send people a specific image of one or more samplecards they have seen on the website of the Tropenmuseum. He does not object to that, as long as the images do not get published online or in print without explicit permission from the Tropenmuseum.
