At the time this photo was taken, in 2012, I was shocked when a random visit to my doctor revealed I weighed 196 pounds. (My normal weight is 175.) I was shocked because the idea that I would get up to nearly 200 pounds was unthinkable. So this is a photo of fat-Jamey. In the Summer I spent three weeks in Europe, mainly France and Spain. It was hot, and I walked eveywhere, wearing a leather jacket. I sweated a lot and ate little. I lost fifteen pounds. Upon my return home I lost another ten pounds—getting back to my normal weight. This past week I weighed myself—and I'm up to 185. So it's time to stop the midnight snacks and shed some mass. I'll be 175 again in no time....
