Original Message:   Wound oval beads found in N Thailand

These were found by Karin Hill tribespeople while farming in Northern Thailand. I've not seen this sort of bead before. Anyone recognize them? The one on the right has some trailing over the top of the other wound trail as if the bead "got away" from them. It's my favorite of the group. Other beads found in the same location included Indian worked red agate, small chank shell round beads and a variety of small white and white heart beads. These came to me from the young women who run www.shiana.com.
