There isn't too much I can further explain. In Murano there are artists making the strangest things with glass, often just to experiment or for fun, or on demand. If I would have found that chevron in Murano it wouldn't be strange to me. What excited my curiosity was finding it among Indian beads. So, when I showed my strange chevron in Murano (the same in my picture), I was told that it should have been made from some stock canes that were sent to India in recent years, and that was the reason because I had found among Indian beads a chevron with piramidal ends from XX century Venetian canes.
