Your bead is a Luigi bead pulled sometime between 1992-1994 to Reproduce the look of the old Venetian beads. This was a commission job done for a reputable African Trader. However, when it came time to pay for the product Luigi was stuck with a quantity of these beads that could not be paid for. At that time he associated his name with them to recoup his looses. These beads are still on the open market. You can buy them for around $30.00 ea . I am quite interested in what napoleone knows about Conterie canes being cut in India. Please elaborate.
