Danny I recognise the 2 cones where the strands are gathered together at each end by the button+ loop fastening as stamped decorated hollow silver from Thailand? but then i also see indian brass beads, and quite a mixture of components with a sort of tibetan taste, but my guess would be "20th century designer collar necklace assembled from turquoise and coral elements etc. possibly afghani/pakistani" and maybe they imitated tropical native american motifs? the buttonhole stitch cord and turq. colour pebble fastening are often seen in afghani/pakistani traditional neckwear. the auctioneers i sometimes consult for used to call almost everything "near east" whether Moroccan or Himalayan origin, now the term has officially changed to ""west asian", but for most of the same items...
