well these arent striped but are blown+drawn clear thick-walled glass, with ridges or grooves and threaded as prayer- or worry beads, the spacer-discs, and the Imam tassel bead here are not bulbous but actually moulded i think, but the beads must surely be related to yours? i have no very clear idea of age. the knot for the tassel has a middle-east appearance.
