Not bead-related, but a little bit of flotsam from what were some very interesting times indeed. Guessing that the rim inscription on this cloisonne bowl said "Feng Yuxiang," not "Fung Yuk Chang," I emailed RM and he confirmed it. General Feng was a Methodist Christian, and this was a Christmas gift. To whom is now lost to history.
