Have not seen this but I did get to tour the forbidden city in about 1988 when most Chinese were not allowed in it. We were almost alone thanks to the fact that the person who took us was very high up with many connections. Don't think I would go back as I understand what I saw is now falling apart because of far too many people getting in.
