Stefany, I am trying to think of which one you are referring to. I borrowed several 'tassel tops' from Carole and photographed them. I have seen several necklaces from this period that use a tassle, but not a tassle only made up of thread. In the museum they took out several necklaces from this period out of the archives for me, but none of those has tassels like this.

The imitated carved bone beads are found on these type of necklaces a lot. I have not seen them on rosaries, but I have to say I have not really looked at that many Czech rosaries.
