Original Message:   Chinese Fantasy Beads

I acquired this strand of glass beads from a seller on Ebay from China yesterday (I should know better, but sometimes I can’t help myself). Actually they are quite pretty when washed but what of amazed me was the variety of them. They were dusted in a white powder which seems to be a common practice with reproduction ancient glass from China I really don’t know why they do this but it doesn’t enhance them.
