I'd gently (and patiently) polish all the "high spots" with a silver rouge cloth, leaving the low points blackened....that antiqued look is "in", plus nicer than if the necklace were totally bright and shiny. Then I'd replace the beater cinnabar bead with one in good condition, and then wear the necklace happily!
