Hi Fred

Sorry to be late to reply. And sorry taht I don't understand the word "stylistic comparison". (Is it about style or design???)

The size of "D:2.4cm H:2.0cm" is huge, comparerd to roman beads of standard size. The size of "D:2.4cm H:2.0cm" is rare in roman era and can be seen more often in islamic era. This is just an idea from my poor experience.

Speaking to surface texture, sold one has natural wear (intact), on the other hand some roman mosaic beads in my post are polished after excavation. I'm sure about this point.
