The red ones do look Indian but up till now i've never seen decorated tubular beads with such thin walls from India. Other possibilities would be Turkey or Hebron, or somewhere else where the furnace-winding skills have been taken, such as East Africa. I have some furnace-wound beads i will show during the next few days (after easter is over) made by a Kenyan artist who was taught in the 1990s by her Scandinavian husband...! Copyright 2024
